Sentimental Swirls Stamp Set

Wow, Happy Days! I am so glad you are here today. I wonder how you found my blog? Was it via my Facebook page or google search? maybe it was Pinterest?

I thought I would show you a card I made to introduce the new In Colours. Meet Sweet Sorbet, Parakeet Party, Tahitian Tide, Starry Sky, and Orchid Oasis! If you like bright colours, you are going to L.O.V.E. these colours.

I used the stamp set Sentimental Swirls. I love swirls and curly lines. I have been waiting for a stamp set like this to come back for a while.

When I made this card, I stamped the flowers in the In Colours on the Basic White card stock and then cut out some vellum flowers to adhere over the stamped flowers, so the original colours are muted somewhat.

I also used some sparkle embossing. I have a mix of a small amount of shimmer sparkle and a little larger amount of clear embossing powder I keep in a little container.
