Love is a warm cup of tea

Hang your wreath!

Good afternoon crafting friends. I do hope that now that winter has really come upon us, that you are staying warm and finding plenty of time to craft your heart out.

Its been very cold and wet here this week so I holed up inside with the fire going and I most certainly pulled out the crock pot for a hearty South Aussie stew - beef in red wine, olives and rosemary.

Today I thought I'd show you a wreath made with the 'Tea Together' stamp set I used in last week's blog post.

  1. Choose a piece of Purple Posy from the 2019-21 In Colour card stock. Onto this stamp the tea cup three times with Stazon Black Ink. And again stamp the teacup three times each onto a piece of Blushing Bride and Blackberry Bliss and then die cut them all.
  2. Finally stamp the tea cup twice onto a piece of Whisper White card stock and then inside the teacup, stamp Love is a warm cup of tea. Die cut both tea cups.
  3. Stamp the teapot onto Fluid 100 watercolour paper and stamp the small flower onto the teapot.
  4. With your set of 2019-21 In Colour Stampin' Write Markers and a Aqua Painter brush, paint the teapot and flower and finally die cut it.
  5. Onto some scrap card draw two circles, one inside the other and cut out to make the wreath. Then adhere the tea cups and teapot to the wreath with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
  6. Add some ribbons with long tails to finish.
If you would like to have a go and make one of these for yourself, have a look at the product list below. If you live anywhere in Australia you can purchase them through my Stampin' Up!® online store. They will be sent directly to you.
